RTB House is  looking for a strong, result-driven automotive industry expert, capable of engaging in successful business negotiations with the top decision-makers of the biggest companies in the industry.

What you will do:

  • identify opportunities, set strategy and grow revenue in the automotive industry vertical;
  • maintain relationship with automotive clients and their agencies across SEA (with focus on senior-level decision-makers);
  • help automotive clients to improve their marketing strategy and provide; recommendations especially in retention and re-engagement area;
  • generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing;
  • exceed ambitious sales targets;
  • provide accurate revenue forecast to the internal stakeholders;
  • travel regularly around the region, according to the business need;
  • attend key industry events and conferences;
    constantly develop the industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with the newest trends;
  • manage, lead and grow a team of strategic sales managers in the automotive vertical.

Requirements

  • a minimum of 2-5 years sales experience in a B2B environment (5 years for Sales Director position), at least 2 years of experience in automotive advertising;
  • strong business network with automobile clients, dealerships and advertising agencies working with Automotive clients across SEA;
  • experience establishing relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers;
  • excellent command of English (written and spoken);
    excellent communication and presentation skills; public speaking experience would be a plus;
  • strong analytical skills to translate client business goals into successful re-engagement campaign setup;
    ability to work with internal stakeholders to deliver results for the client;
  • strong result-orientation, consultative approach and ability to work independently
