- Working on recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks and head hunting.
- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.
- Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement.
- Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.
- Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry.
