Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling the incoming and outgoing calls.
- Maintaining the registers, for visitors & vendors movement.
- Following up with vendors.
- Coordinating with management and with vendors
- Coordinating with Finance department for new vendor registration, documents verifications, mail coordinating for approval from respected person and processing the invoices.
- Interacted with organizational staff, executives, clients, vendors and visitors for their queries
- Maintained Support staff attendance registers and movement registers.
- Sending Quotations and communicating with clients and vendors
- Handling calls at reception.
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining data of the candidates.
- Maintaining service reports of the employees and sending mails to the MD.
- Maintaining personal files of the employees.
- Excellent Communication skills-both verbal and written
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
