FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
POSITION: FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
EXPERIENCE: 0 – 5 YEARS
LOCATION: O2 SPA PAN INDIA OUTLETS
We are looking for a Front office Executive to manage our reception area. As a Front office Executive
Front Office Executive will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
Ø Proven work experience as a Front desk Executive or Reception Executive.
Ø Should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead team.
Ø Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
Ø Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures.
Ø Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Ø Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ø Excellent communication and people skills.
Ø Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ø Problem-solving skills.
Front Office Executive responsibilities include:
Ø Managing and training the Front Office staff
Ø Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
Ø Dealing with guests
Ø Arranging staff scheduling
Ø Acting as liaison between Spa Executive and staff
Ø Diplomacy and the ability to communicate clearly
Ø Firm leadership skills
Ø The ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
Ø The ability to perform under pressure
Ø Must be highly motivated
Ø Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services.
Ø Should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
Ø Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets).
Ø Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
Ø Schedule shifts.
Ø Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Ø Handle complaints and specific customers requests.
Ø Troubleshoot emergencies.
Ø Monitor stock and order office supplies.
Ø Ensure proper mail distribution.
Ø Prepare and monitor office budget.
Ø Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Ø Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met.
