Recruiting and Development
-Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, prior database of OPT candidates.
-Experience in recruiting OPT hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards like Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
-Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
-Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
-Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
-Should have some understanding of the immigration process.
-Reach monthly Targets set by the management.
-Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the students on **OPT**/CPT/EAD status
-Need to coordinate for technical screening/interview
-Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
-Experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants is a bonus.
-Maintaining an active database of potential candidates.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies Visas and updates.
-Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
-Excellent communication skills
