Customer Service – Voice and Non Voice

Requirements:

·         Possess excellent written communication skills in English

·         Basic Computer knowledge with good typing skills

·         Graduate and above (0-5 years experience)

·         Flexible to work in night shifts

·         Obtain high quality/ CSAT scores for the work performed
