2)Employer Name : Easun- MR Tap Changers Pvt Ltd Position : Planning Engineer –OLTC.
Duration : From June 2018 till Sep2019.
Reporting To : Planning Manager.
HOD : General Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities – Application Engineer (OLTC):

• Selection of On- Load Tap Changers (OTLCs) based on techno-commercial aspects by reviewing transformer specification received from transformer OEMs, EPCs, End users & Utilities.
• Preparation & submission of techno-commercial offer and technical drawings via online tenders and through e-mails.
• Daily basis follow-ups with clients for closing technical details for existing orders & technical assistance for upcoming projects.
• Negotiation of Commercial particulars with clients for existing orders & organizing the follow-ups of the same with respective Regional Marketing Engineers.
• Internal co-ordination with technical department for extended clarifications.
• Order processing by fetching techno-commercial details in SAP software on receipt of Purchase Order Copy /LOI/ Client delivery schedule.
• Documentation of offer and Monthly Order Input list.
• Handling internal client inspection.
• Preparation & submission of vendor registration documents for new clients.
• Documentation of upcoming tenders through tender service providers (i.e. tender247, tender tiger) & fetching to corresponding Regional Marketing Engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities- Planning Engineer (OLTC):

• Responsible for Planning & scheduling, execution, dispatch activities of OLTC’s on monthly basis.
• Perform Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control activities using Primavera P6 software to meet client schedule.
• Daily-basis coordination with Engineering, Application, Production, Quality and testing departments for closing their respective activities.
• Preparation & submission of reports to client as per their requirements.
• Generating daily & weekly basis reports for documentation and interpretation purposes.
• Organizing dispatch activities with logistics team.

Project Manager

As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities : 
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
