Job Description:

  • Working on recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks and head hunting.
  • Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.
  • Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement.
  • Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs.
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.

Mandatory skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry.
