– Team Leader with objective to train, coach, and develop entry level representatives.
– Responsible for daily operations, long term and short term tasking, financial reports, progress and persistence tracking. Focus point of leadership development.
– Training benefits representatives on providing supplemental Life, Health, and Retirement benefits for Labor Union, and Association Members
– Direct Customer service, working directly with clients who request benefit services.
– No previous experience required,
– $75,000 first year with RESIDUAL INCOME
