Front Office Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling the incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Maintaining the registers, for visitors & vendors movement.
  • Following up with vendors.
  • Coordinating with management and with vendors
  • Coordinating with Finance department for new vendor registration, documents verifications, mail coordinating for approval from respected person and processing the invoices.
  • Interacted with organizational staff, executives, clients, vendors and visitors for their queries
  • Maintained Support staff attendance registers and movement registers.
  • Sending Quotations and communicating with  clients and vendors
  • Handling calls at reception.
  • Scheduling interviews and maintaining data of the candidates.
  • Maintaining service reports of the employees and sending mails to the MD.
  • Maintaining personal files of the employees.

Mandatory skills:

  • Excellent   Communication skills-both verbal and written
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
